The Optîmance leadership team sits on a variety of community and professional association boards. As Optîmance team members, we receive encouragement, time off, and monetary donations to support the organizations that are meaningful to us.

Optîmance offers pro bono career management seminars including interview training, resume development and negotiation strategy to groups serving economically disadvantaged individuals and local schools.
